You know what, if every day could be like this...... 6 climbs, I led one, did 4 without falls, and 2 hard ones falling off once on the first, and three times on the second (very tricky stuff!). Then a nice drive back through hills in the sun. Finally a lovely family meal with plenty of wine :¬) That's my uncle Lee in the photos, he's the co-author of the local climbing guide in this area, and husband of Sarah my mum's sister, my barefoot horse trimming guru. Thanks to Lee's encouragement, I'm climbing harder than ever before in my life...
That's me below, on "Skin Deep" today at a cliff called Lower Pen Trwyn on the North Wales coast....

I'm always careful! It's a fallacy that we climbers are risk takers- actually we're the opposite, and try to control risks more than most, so hopefully, I won’t be getting squished in the near future :) I’ll tell my uncle you thought he was cute, I’m sure he’ll be flattered ;)
you little show off... but a nice sun tan would make it even better, and if I were you I would try a little close up on those climber's muscles.
Well hello there Poppy! Glad you've found the time to visit my little blog! I hope you've tried the links to Blair's one too... Us climbers love to get our tops off, though Lee says it's a bit passé and 90's- I say boll*x!- that's how you show off those ripped muscles to nice climbing girls and get that tan :¬)
