I'm a bit surprised to find that I've reached 32 years old, and until Saturday night, had never worn a dinner suit. I'm much more a shorts and sandals person, so maybe I shouldn't be that surprised. Anyway, proof that I can scrub up, at least a little:
Still able to make intelligent conversation
Still able to stand
Out of shot, sleeping in a field: Thank you guys for inviting me, and then ensuring the last 3 hours or so that I don't remember were safe, and ended with me tucked in bed in your lovely new house. I had a ball. Love ya both :¬)
Go Doug! I'm looking Soooo dynamic there (did feel like James Bond) Honestly: I'll do stupid poses like that before I'm even drunk, so don't judge me....

Oh My! The Cowboy in a tux....mmmm yummy!! Very Owen Wilson in the wedding crashers if you ask me - you look great kiddo!
Thanks darlin' ! Maybe we could compare tux shots? Owen Wilson eh? Guess I could have a less favourable comparison. Do you like the Wes Anderson movies he's in(and helped write)? I love them. Got to know him from Zoolander though, which I have to say, silly as it is; I enjoyed plenty. Bit of a half-arsed climb tonight, in which I tried something too hard and strained a finger tendon. Not too serious, but should maybe bike next instead of climb:¬( Oh, and my name at the ball, thanks to a mis-hearing: Doug. :¬) I rather like it!
Welcome to my blog. When I have time, I love to keep anyone who wants to know, up to date with events in my life and things that interest me. Why I should think anyone should care less about this stuff I'm not sure, but it keeps me off the streets and out of trouble anyway. Please make any comments you like- it's nice to get feedback.
